i feel that it is time that the u.n spilt in to 2 parties evil and non so evil dictators get there chances to have there say
Of course this is the right thing to do, but I assume it would take quite a bit of coding. The only reason people are in the UN now is to invade and defend and endorse and everything.

I'd say no. It's more like the UN needs to get its act together and help people create quality legislature that actually serves a purpose for the whole NS world, not just those seeking to have their name on a resolution.

What do you mean? Many proposals such as the previous tax one and banning dumping nuclear wastes benefit all.
