Can someone please explain to me how this works?
Firstly, this belongs in game-play. Secondly, members of your region can endorse you as regional delegate. If you have more endorsements than any other member of your region, you become the delegate. Happy?

OoC: Wrong forum, this should be in gameplay. You get endorsements by being a member of the UN and having other UN member "endorse you" for UN regional delegate.

First you must be in the UN and another UN member must click your nation name goto the bottom and click endorse. The nation with my most UN endorsments in the region takes the place of delegate.
