I have just become a member of the UN. How can i receive endorsements?

You can receive endorsements from other UN members of your region, and only your region. There is a little link below the national description, of UN members, that gives you the option of endorsing them, and the same goes for you. You could request an endorsement exchange with anyone else by sending them a telegram, or just posting in the regional boards so that all of the other UN members can see it.
If you decide to change regions, you will lose all of your endorsements that you had from your previous region, and will have to request exchanges in your new region.

The FAQ tells how endorsements work. Such requests don't belong in an RP forum. Read the FAQ, please.
