I'm a newcomer and i'm only 11 so don't laugh. How do you send a telegram? And I need a guide to NationStates?

And I need a guide to NationStates?To send a telegram, go to the page of the nation to whom you want the telegram sent, scroll down to the bottom of the page, type your message into the small text box there, and click "Send!"
