The nation of Neoscelus is searching for a new region. We have been keeping to ourselves in our private region until our country developed an identity, and now it is time to become a player on the global, or at least regional, stage.

Neoscelus is a highly liberal, technologically advanced dictatorship. Our industrial sector is undergoing a recession, although it was previously very strong in high tech software engineering. We are in the process of building up our military, and are implementing social reforms to give some strength back to our private business sector.

We are seeking an active, well organized, modern-to-space age region that does not have too many members, and accepts UN and non UN members. We would also prefer a region that does not have a mandatory military alliance, but that is secondary.

Please reply here, or telegram us if you would like us to join your region, and think it matches our preferences.

my region definately doesn't take this as seriously as that. but if youre interested in conversation and fun, Free Haven is the place.

Valoricaan is looking for new nations just like yours; we cannot offer a lot for you, but would like to welcome you to join. We have a dictatorship, a fairly good economy, some civil rights, and few political freedoms. If you are looking for a nation where you are the delegate for the UN this is the region for you.

No problem, just thought i'd point it out.

You might find the Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=asian_continent) to some interest. We're not too large, we actively RP, and we're quite open to many forms of government.

I have been playing the game for a while and started a new region with some new nations there. I plan to have a heavy political role playing, sports between nations, and maps and satellite view (from Simcity 4) for this region so feel free to check it out.

It may sound unappealing to you because I'm am less eloquent than the other countries, nut it is a region where if you want to be a delegate you could be! I will take any ideas you have for the region and try to put them in. We also stand for freedom and democracy for all.
