What's the best calculator to determine your budget for military spending, etc. I've seen three and they all give me different numbers.

This is not one of the roleplaying forums, so you don't need to add OOC to your title. All posts in Gameplay are by definition OOC.
None of the calculators are official, nor is there an official method of determining your military. Use whichever one you like, or none, or all. It's just a roleplay aid, not numbers etched in stone.
