I was wondering the other day...
What are all the classifications of governments in NS and what are their traits? (Liberal Democratic Socialist, Father Knows Best State, Corrupt Dictatorship, etc.)

... and how do you get a prefix to your nation other than, say "The Republic of..." or "The Oppressed Peoples of..." or any of the others you can select from the list in "Settings"?

Just wondering.

You can create a custom pre-title when you have a population of 500+ million. Until then, you have to stick with a preset one.
