Incorrect. You can have any army you want, but you have to build it slowly. You can't walk in with a small nation and state that you have an army the size of the US. Now, you can have one that size of Portugal or some such place. Remember that you must be able to sustant the size of the military that you have.

Currently, my military is very small. I have some machine guns, a few trucks, and am developing a Wolfhound battlemech, in the auto sector of my country. It will take a few more weeks before this becomes operational. I also have a few trout bombs (Nuclear power without the fallout) It has been tested, but due to the security involved the diagrams will not be released, on how to create it.

You can create it, it being anything you want, you just have to spend the time to make it plausable. Yes, the trout bomb is plausable due to the fact that I have mountains of trout in my country. What else am I going to do with them? THere is only so much fish you can eat. LOL As for the Battlemech, well the auto industry is good in my country, and whom do you think mass produced tanks during WWII? :)
