Volarian stepped out onto the platform, and the crowd below watched in awe. As he looked around, he saw people of all races, and knew it would be good. "People!" he cried, and quieted them down. "A new region has been started, by an up-and-coming nation known as The Holy Empire of Death and Sin! This nation has done very well for being so young, and this new region could become the best in the world! We are looking for brave nations to try something new!! Join the region of Hellview!!" And with that, Volarian jumped from the platform, down to the people 57 feet below. He landed gracefully among them, and began shaking hands.
