No, I am speaking of a new region, but a new alliance, the alliance of evil nations. NATO is the ultimate from of goody goodiness in the universe, and they must be crushed under the weight of power.

I call forth my evil brothers and sisters to unite for the purpose of undermining and destroying this vial alliance and any other where place where the goody goody society exists.

Well, if you are not talking about a region, then this is probably better suited to the 'International Incidents', or 'NationStates' sections of the forums, rather than 'Gameplay'.
