These are desperate times, where a man can rival himself up against nature in ways of homosexuality.
Therefor the great nation of Xandyzon has banned ALL homosexual activities.
This includes: pasional kissing, sexual 'enjoyments' of any kind and intimate touching. Same sex marriages are naturally completly gone.
The punishment for these can be:
Kissing: Death
-under the influence of alcohol: 1.000 $ fine
-under the influence of other strong drugs: 1.000$ fine

Sexual enjoyments: Death
-under the influence of alcohol: 100.000$ fine
-under the influence of other strong drugs: 100.000$ fine

Marriage: Death on all partys, also witnesses of the marriage
-under the influence of alcohol: Death
-under the influence of other strong drugs: Death

You're asking to basically kill your own nation you know. No sexual activity = no decendants.

Describing the internal affaris in your own nation is more roleplay than gameplay, but it's not really roleplay either.
