...at least, that's what the UN seems to think. According to the recent "IQ" survey, the Theocracy of The Eternal Kawaii ranked dead last in its region and in around the bottom 8% of nations worldwide in intelligent and educated citizens.

While it's true We don't expect Our citizens to do much heavy thinking (We dutifully do that for them), We are worried that having a population of imbecils may reduce economic efficiency and military readiness. Should this be a concern, and what suggestions are out there to remedy it if needed?

i would recomend giving your people more freedom, so they think more, unless you don't want that. My nation, The Free Land of Liberitarian Utopia, has world benchmark ratings in both Civil Rights and Political Freedoms and has a Very Strong Economy and ranked high in yesterday's ratings.
