I, the ruler of Exsanguis is debating to go into the UN, but, my other plans could be ruined by the UN which would be -Purged by Inquisition- and -Purged by Inquisition-. That way my people will live without fear of those far away in distant 3rd world countries.

No, one is permitted to have multiple nations, but only one of said nations can be a UN member at once.
