Join a region
Join an Invader region
Join a Defender region
Get involved in the offsite forum of a region and/or regional politics
Just answer issues
Travel the NS world
There are probably many more ways but that's your basic overview.
Oh or found and build a region

I think you've used the implement of repetition enough already in unconventionally creating multiple threads advertising the same region at once.
