What exactly does rehabilitating criminals do in this game? I keep clicking it, but I'm not sure if it really accomplishes anything, besides making my crime rate rise more...
What exactly does rehabilitating criminals do in this game? I keep clicking it, but I'm not sure if it really accomplishes anything, besides making my crime rate rise more...It raises taxes, raises civil rights, decreases the economy, raises crime, and raises overall happiness. Basically, if you want to be a more left-wing nation, rehabilitate criminals and outlaw prisons.
