This is only my 3rd day, but I find this whole game very interesting. I am a debate teacher and so am pretty knowledgeable about current events and international politics. I need a region that can help me put this to work in the game. I would like to join a region that can help me develop and become a better game player. Where should I go?

This is only my 3rd day, but I find this whole game very interesting. I am a debate teacher and so am pretty knowledgeable about current events and international politics. I need a region that can help me put this to work in the game. I would like to join a region that can help me develop and become a better game player. Where should I go?

I have to suggest Texas (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=382801), but there are a number of other regions that would be good as well, such as Wysteria, The Heartland, Nasicournia, The Exodus, Galts Gulch, Anticapitalist Alliance, Anarchy, and many more that I don't have time to list.

Another good choice, as I founded it to expand the regions of a larger community, would be the Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=asian_continent). We hold ties with several other regions, being: Middle East, African Continent, and European Continent. Such diversity should offer the kind of RP experience you're probably looking for.

The New Darkmentian Empire!!!! It is a small region only containing 20 nations but its still very good

Hmm. If you mean role-playing, I think Wysteria might be a good choice, although I'm not sure. There are a few other reole-playing regions, The Galactic Senate is one (if you're into Star Wars, that is). I founded a region called CENA, where we have an intelligent system of regular elections and an off-site forum filled with political, religious, and scientific debates. Our most frequented one is about evolution, but there are many more about politics and philosophy.

You might find it interesting there; we've got ties to many, many regions.

While the United Emperies of Western Daf is currently a small region, at least two of our nations (myself and The Shetlands) will gladly have debates with you. We are both knowledgable to a noticeable degree in primarily events surrounding Nazi Germany and World War II. Please consider us as your native region.

I suggest New Canada. Just the right balance between liberal and conservative. Only 4 countries now, but it'll be 5 when my debate crazy english teacher shows up.
