I'm currently writing a holy book for my nation. How does this start sound like:
In the beginning, the world was covered in a mighty glacier...then the darkness gave birth to the first wolverine.
Oh, allmighty goddess! Your breath swept off the ice and your nurturing gave the land it's rich green forests and deep-blue lakes. You gave this country the power it needed to grow from an infant into the warrior it is today!
It's still on a very early stage but I've studied ancient pagan religions (see the mother earth) and I intend to insert more stuff from the finnish folklore.
What do you think?
