I am a representive and UN Delegate of the small region of MANDERVILLE. As a united region in opinions and thoughts, we have decided to move out of the 'darkness' and into the international community that is Nationstates. We are asking to form an ALLIANCE with any small regions that wish for THEIR voices to be heard. This would be a serious and extremly active ALLIANCE with proper representives for each region. We would share infomation and contacts so as to expand and develope ourselves. I am asking, WE ARE ASKING!!, that any region with less than 25 members, to join this ALLIANCE!
A council will be formed to discuss the agenda that the ALLIANCE will offer and everyone that wishes to join should elect one spokesperson so that they may contribute opinions. Think carefully on this if you want your nation to step into the light...
