I remember finding something earlier today showing how the initial choices at Nation Creation affects the starting stats for Civil Rights/Economy/Political.

Can anyone direct me somewhere which has the answer?

Also, to save me a little time, does someone have any guide to how issue choices affect the stats.

Not sure if tax was included to but that if there is some guide to this I would be much obliged

Thank you

In answer to your questions:

Question 1 determines whether or not your government will focus on Social Welfare. If you answer "Strongly Agree" you will have higher civil rights and lower economic freedoms, if you answer "Strongly Disagree" the opposite will take place.

Question 2 determines your stance on big business. "Strongly Agree" increases economic freedoms and betters the economy; "Strongly Disagree" does the opposite.

Question 3 has a direct bearing on civil rights (drug laws). "Strongly Agree" raises civil rights, "Strongly Disagree" lowers them.

Question 4 determines whether or not your nation will focus on religion and has no bearing on civil/political rights.

Question 5 determines whether or not your nation will focus on the military and has no bearing on civil/political rights.

Question 6 determines whether your nation will be socialist or capitalist. "Strongly Agree" will give you high civil rights and a low economy; "Strongly Disagree" will give you low civil rights and a high economy.

Question 7 determines political freedoms. "Strongly Agree" means high political freedoms, "Strongly Disagree" means low political freedoms.

Question 8 determines your nation's stance towards criminals. "Strongly Disagree", however, increases civil rights.

Hope this helps.
