I am trying to take my civil rights from 'Average' to either 'rare' or 'outlawed'. What is the easiest way for me to do this? I am new at this. :sniper: :mp5: :gundge:

The only thing that I can really say is to just use common sense. When an issue comes up on having to do with civil rights, choose whatever option gives your government more say, and takes away from the rights of the people.
I'll look through the issues and try to give you some examples.
