Why in the heck does my write up about my country say that private enterprise is illegal when every decision I have made has been in favor of privite business!?! This is really frustrating me. Anyone else run into this problem?

Sooner or later you'll receive an issue asking you to either privatize business, privative but a bit more regulated or keep private enterprise illegal. The three outcomes are logical, 1 means you will have a legal private sector. Judging by your post I don't think you'll choose for 2 or 3. Such things contradict itself quite a bit, but that's how the game works.

Anyone else run into this problem?It's due to your issues. See Guffingford's post. The issues can change your economy from "Imploded" to "Frightening", yet it still says private enterprise is illegal.
