what on earth do you mean? do you mean make an army for your NS nation, or physically join the army like as a career option?

its not that hard I joined resently and I ship out in 4 days I can give you the number of my recurter if you want and you can call the office and he can put you in contact with a recruter in your area

I think he meant something in game, so I didn't just give him that solution. I believe the answer is that you make your own army for your own nation. check around the threads and you'll see examples of other peoples armies, and if you check the stickies they will tell you specifics of your capabilities.
