This is my first post, and apologies if it's in the wrong forum, or has been stickied somewhere else. (I did look, and didn't see it, or come up with anything in a forum search).

I was just curious which is the largest nation currently in existance? I have done a little bit of research and I didn't find any nation with a population higher than 5 Billion.

Some were getting very close, but I think it topped out at something like 4.85 Billion.

Largest does'nt necessarily have to do with population. There may be individual nations with 4+ billion, but it may be relatively small in area.
The Xeraphain Empire is half again the size of Africa, roughly the same shape, not connected to any other land mass. It's pop is just under 3 billion, but if you add the nations who are part of the Empire, it tops 4 billion.
We share the continent of AON with the Crossman Imperium, who is as large pop-wise as Xeraph.
A fair portion of the Xeraphian pop is in the Typhon Expanse, our space territories.

The largest nation is Praetor who is currently around 5.85 billion because of the popbug.

Where can I see how many inhabitants there are in the nation I represent?

It should say it in your nations info at the main nationstates screen
e.g 'It's compassionate population of 1.88 billion'
