Ejecting regionmembers if you are the founder

I wouldn't think it would be, but is ejecting large numbers of nations from a region - say, all of them - against game rules if you created the region?
Also, I'm unable to successfully uncheck UN Delegate access to region controls for this region.

As founder, you may eject as many as you like, up to the point of emptying the region and passwording it closed. Note that only Founders can do this! Delegates cannot.
You can't uncheck the box because you're not IN the region. You must reside in your founded region to cut off Delegate controls.

What if the Founder sanctions that the Delegate can eject all nations (except the Founder) from the Region? Would that still be considered region griefing?

Under current rules, I believe it would be. The Founder should do it him/herself.
(Not an official ruling, mind. I'm not a moderator.)

But if the founder is dead, the delegate (native, not invader) may still not eject large amounts of nations?

Nope. Only the founder
... I think
Nope, only a founder can kick / ban in great numbers.
If there is only a Delegate because the Founder is dead, there are still rules that both Native and Invader delegates must follow. One of these I am sure, even for Native Delegates, is no Mass kick / bans.
While Native Delegates may have a little lee-way, I can't be sure about that.

The Founder created the region and effectively owns it. Not the Founder's player, not the Founder's puppets, not the Founder's designated hitter, not the Founder's mother-in-law, no one else. It doesn't even matter if the Delegate is a puppet nation belonging to the Founder.
The Delegate does not have Founder rights under any circumstances. Ever.
If you are the Founder and you want to clear spam, eject large numbers of natives, or do any other actions that have been designated Founder-only, you must be logged on as the Founder to do those things.
[edit: OK, one obvious exception: when the Founder is ALSO the Delegate]

Ah ok, well good thing I am both the delegate and founder. But still, thanks for clearing that up.

just state it simple :p
founder rights go by nation, not by player, so only the foundernation is allowed to kick everyone from a region.
also, i believe i heard this isn't the case for appointed founders...?
