Invitation
A fairly large man who is sitting at the end of the very large table stand up with a grin on his face. He patiently taps his foot while he waits for the room to quiet down before speaking in his rough voice from behind a cigarette. "I have called this meeting to order to invite anyone who is willing to undertake the challenge to join my region. Please speak now if you do, and you will be evaluated emediatly." He said before bowing, and setting himself back down in his large and comfortable chair.
