Firstly, Read the Faq on Nationstates. Then Read the Sticky posts on this forum (Gameplay) and the forums: International incidents and Nationstates.
Most wars here are conducted by roleplay. The stickys I mentioned will explain all about that.
If you want to invade other regions. Read the FAQ. The Idea of 'Region Crashing/raiding/invading' Is practiced by regions like 'The DEN military HQ' and 'Invaders' and 'The Chaos Raiders' Try one of them. Theres also various defender regions which fight Against raiders to stop them from taking over regions. If that sounds interesting try the regions 'Nasicournia' 'Aurora' and 'The Grenvali United' For that.
