I think that when Nationstates froze this morning, the DEAT cannon broke. That might have caused it.

I'm sorry for not arriving sooner, it appears someone in Jolt is already using a forum account known as "Executioner".
An attempt to create a forum account for your nation failed. This is probably because of a forum account in the name of your nation already exists. This is a bug, sorry -- we are working on a solution.
