I think this is a Gameplay question?

I'm new here so I may be posting in the wrong forum but I think it should be the right one.

I have seen a reference to something called: "Puppets" or "Puppet States" or "Puppet Nations" and I am not sure what these are.

They seem to play a role in "Region Invasions" (of which I'm still reading up on and trying to figure out how and why it happens).

Could someone please explain what it means for someone to control "puppets"? I get the impression that the puppets are something in addition to a Player's main nation, however I'm not sure how they work or how they come into the whole Region/Delegate Invasion scheme.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

A puppet is any nation that is not your main nation. Because you can create/have as many nations as you like as long as you don't put more than one in the UN, some people have created or otherwise acquired many different nations that serve different purposes. I have a few myself.

Puppets are often used as spies in preparation for region invasions. Sometimes a player might transfer UN membership to a puppet to increase their anonymity on the mission.
