Our region is a bit small so to make it interesting we want our members to make a second nation and to chose the opposite issues as their first nation. obviously only one nation can be in the UN but we were wondering if it is against the rules to have multiple nation that are not in the UN. I've checked the FAQ but i'm sill unsure of where I stand on this so I ask for your help.
