Homieville, STOP OFFERING ADVICE. You have been WRONG every single time. Edgemoor is completely correct in putting regional advertisements in the Gameplay forum, which is exactly where they belong.

I remember being appointed as a Forum Moderator because I had a solid grasp of the rules.
What the Gameplay Forum is for, in a general sense (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=5712689&postcount=1)
Discussion of in-game technical maneuvres and the underlying politics, more specifically:
Regional politics, inter-regional relations, rivalries and alliances.
Discussion of and responses to events in NS World, such as diplomatic crises, etc.
The merits, tactics and etiquette of region crashing and defending.
Regional publicity and PR, in the form of, but not necessarily limited to:
Region Directories / Recruitment.
Regional Forum / Website Directory.
PLEASE read the stickies, Homieville, and STOP offering advice. The Moderators can handle that aspect of it quite nicely without your help.
