As Franchise Director for the region of Gatesville I am announcing that for like minded regions, we offer Gatesville franchises. Make sense as the franchise director, yes? We are not against the UN as a whole. We are against the way it is making all UN nations the same with its' sovereign stealing proposals. We are just trying to return the choices, that you make as a leader for your nation, back to you.

Okay. Let's look at the facts here.

The UN is your chance to mold the rest of the world to your vision, by voting for resolutions you like and scuttling the rest. However, it's a double-edged sword, because your nation will also be affected by any resolutions that pass. (You can't just obey the resolutions you like and ignore the rest, like real nations do.)

Gatesville is a very democratic region we believe in regional sovereignty as well as national sovereignty. All nations in our region vote on major issues, is this not true democracy I have to ask? Join our region today and say NO to the U.N.’s attempt to establish a One World Order.

We support Pixiedance the peoples choice that has over 500 endorsements. We are against the outside the region “sources” that wish to establish their will on the great nations of The North Pacific. We witnessed the humiliation and degradation she received when she wanted no part of a certain organization that had its claws sunk deeply into the region. This imperialistic outfit would prefer one of their puppets in charge so the region can become one their lapdogs.

Um. The player behind Pixiedance currently (Moldavi) is different than the player you describe (Cathyy). You seem to forget that the nation switched ownership. Although I may have disagreed with Cathyy's decisions, she was the democratically elected Delegate of the North Pacific. Can't say the same about Moldavi.

I advise that you go and talk to Gatesville citizens; I assure you there reasons for being anti-UN are much broader and more logical than what you've shared with us today.

I've been talking with several natives of said region. Plus I tend to take an interest in interregional politics in this game.

I hate the UN too, however my nation has adopted a policy of isolationism and non-interventionism unless we are threatened, be it from a country or the corrupt UN itself

As a nation who understands the sheer power of a UN delegate in a feeder region, I could give a long rant about how the undemocratic transfer of power undermines the entire process of electing delegates. But I won't. NS has heard enough of those.

And I'd like to ask a question: Gatesville is an anti-UN region, correct? Please explain to me the logic of keeping/allowing 1+ UN nation in the region.

I'm with you, let's get rid of the UN

Being the UN Delegate of the Militaristic Legions and Plans, there is no way I would ever consider abandoning my power to join any other region. However, I share the same goals and have been trying to alter the beast from within, if you will, I admire the cause of the Gatesville region. You can consider us a collaborator and ally, even if not a member.

If Gatesville has such a strong belief in regional sovereignty why are its residents invading the North Pacific and propping up a heartily disliked dictator who has ejected/banned 20 nations and forced out the people's choices of Blackshear and Star of Skies until their high endorsement counts reset to zero?

This is not respect for regional sovereignty. Please get your UN puppets out of our region and send them someplace where invaders are welcome.

Hello Tuesday how ya been! As you all can see I hardly get around to these parts but I must respond to some of these accusations. I would like to state publicly that not ONE Gatesville nation has been sent into TNP. These are rumors being spread to tarnish our good name, in fact puppets are being run through Gatesville then to The North Pacific to look like we are entering the region.

If you are looking to become more involved as a UN rep., come to Gatesville and find out about our Franchise options. You could run a Gatesville Franchised Region and be the Representative to the UN.

I dont mean to be a party pooper, but how are you going to overthrow the UN? Isnt it 30 thousand something strong? I applaude your determination, but if you dont like the UN policies, then dont join it. If your trying to liberate other nations, they might like the UN, hence being part of it. I obviously dont see the overall plan here, me thinks. Can someone explain?

Our region is also offering Gatesville Franchises to established regions and to our natives, this will increase delegate counts to vote for repeals or proposals. Goontopia tried this once and failed but Gatesville will not. We are very well organized and will go about this slowly and surely.
