In the Land of Carthiginians, we are a small region of 21 and the position of delegate is a joke. Know if I could get even just a few more people who were unhappy in their current region we could take power in this one know in the beginning until everyone is established endorse me and then if it is beleived a change is nessasary then one can be made. But lets all make sure we have a voice.
