Just to let you all know -
The region Irk has just been left by it's previous occupiers (Roman Empire - with me as delegate) and is now open to be taken by anyone who wishes to take it. It has no active founder and contains around 8 nations, some belong to the UN.
It has been subject to various invasions/unwanted defenses in the recent as well as distant past so carries a vibrant history. It would make a good prize - I am reluctant to see it go.
Now go invaders! Fight! Claim this region and return it to its greatness!
