Correct terms of Address

I thought this might be interesting and useful to those who like addressing national leaders and ambassadors, etc, correctl. Note: these are the British system, which is more common then the US; hence Ambassadors are addressed as Your Excellency, and not Mr. Ambassador. I am only using the male variations for brevity, unless it is significantly different
In order:
Position: way you are address; way you address yourself

Ambassador: Your Excellency; His Excellency {other tile, e.g Mr}, {nationality} Ambassador to { place}
Archbishop: Your Grace;The Most Rev The Lord Archbishop of {place}
Archduke: Your Grace; His Grace the Archduke of {place}
Baron: My Lord; The Rt Hon the Lord {surname}
Baronet: Sir; Sir {first and surname}, Bt
Bishop: Your Grace; The Rt Rev the Bishop of {place}
Consuls: Consul, Consul-General or Vice-Consul; {name} Esq, {nationality}Consul-General/ Consul/Vice-Consul, to { place}
Count: My Lord;
Duke: Your Grace; His Grace the Duke of {place}
Duke of Royal Blood:
Earl: My Lord; The Right Hon the Earl of {place}
Esquire: Sir; Mr {name} or {name} Esq.
Governor: Your Excellency; His Excellency {title, first and surname), Governor of {place}
Governor-General: Your Excellency; His Excellency {title, first and surname), Governor-General of {place}
Grand Duke:Your Grace; His Grace the Grand Duke of {place}
High Commisioner: Same as ambassador, except High Commisioner instead of Ambassador
King: Your Majesty:Your Majesty; His Majesty The King of {place} or King {first name and number} of {place}
Knight: Sir {first and Surname}, {letters denoting Order of Chivalry); Sir {first and surname}
Marquis (female: Marchioness): My Lord; The Most Hon the Marquess of {place}
Member of Parliament: {name}, MP; {name}, MP;
Pope: Your Holiness; His Holiness Pope {name and number}
Prime Minsters: {title, name and surname}, PM; The Rt Hon (Right Honorable) {name}
Prince: Your Royal Highness (for sons of Kings) or Your Serene Highness (heads of Principalities); HRH Prince {name} or HSH Prince {name} of {place}
Viscount: My Lord; The Right Hon the Viscount {surname}
Presidents*: Your Excellency; President* {name} of {place}

Presidents includes all world leaders not covered if they have other titles. If you call your president by a different name (e.g. Dictator) you use that term as opposed to President

Um... hate to burst your bubble but not everyone's subscribes to these forms of address, especially those who have role-played different states of address and titles for their characters. :p

Oh, no I wasn't trying to force people to use these. Just that someone on the UN board was wondering, so I thought I might as well post it.
I mean, I excluded military titles, and my RP name(s) are HE Air Chief Marshal Sir Clive Cholmondsey-Cholmondsey-Smythe KCMG DFC and Rear-Admiral The Honourable Leslie Featherstonehaigh-Michelwhaite CMG DSO!
