The Ur-Quan Kzer-Za wish to announce the establishment of the region known as the Hierarchy of Battle Thralls. Those who will accept the rule of the Ur-Quan without hesitation may receive our protection against the hidden threats of this cold universe. However, only subservience will be tolerated. Thus is the Path of Now and Forever. Any who resist the rule of the Ur-Quan within the Hierarchy will be exiled from our domain.

You are not our cousins. You are not them. You are not the ones we have fought so many times. They do not ask other sentients to join their Hierarchy. They do not banish. They kill those who decline. They exterminate them. Your very path is false.Wrong they might be, but they will see.

Fools! It is the misguided followers of Kohr-Ah who lay waste indiscriminately. Your simple-minded Eternal Doctrine will be the end of us all. You burn resources instead of harnessing them for the survival of all Ur-Quan against those who would do us harm. We use the slave shield to store worlds against future need; we use the fleets of our thralls to spare precious Ur-Quan lives.

Here, in this place, we have found a new tool, a Precursor device that makes extermination an archaism. This device allows us to thrust those that will not serve or cannot be enslaved outside of our territory once and for all, permanently insulating all that is Ur-Quan from their depradations.

Come to us, our lost Kohr-Ah brothers. We will protect you with our new weapon and save you from the horrors in the darkness that will be the next Dnyarri.

Your words do not convince us, Filth. Your attempts are laughable. Those who you banish still pose a threat. They will find ways to penetrate your defense. They will return and crush you for your folly.

That is why we cleanse. That is why our cousins enslave. It is done for security. Our own future. You mimic them, but you are not them.

Shall we again act as the unthinking tools of the Dnyarri, slaughtering mindlessly? No! It must not be. It cannot be. We will not repeat the sins of the Taalo worlds.

Our device affords us absolute control over a region of space! Before, those we enslaved, the worlds beaten by our armada, lay fallow under the red glow of a slave shield... but the shield may be cracked! This we know, and those of the legions of Kohr-Ah should know this as well, as they have pried them open to destroy our thralls more than once. With our banishment tool, a recalcitrant species may be ejected from our space, excising them like a cancer while leaving them alive to be conquered when the time is right.

A safe haven for all that is Ur-Quan! You of the legions of Kohr-Ah were not of the thinking castes, but think now. Only we and our conquests remain in this haven, and any may be removed forever at our whim! Join us! Reunite the Ur-Quan under the banner of Kzer-Za!
