How do you determine how much military do you have?
Also are there any maps pointing out where is someone or can a country attack another anytime anywhere?

War between nations on NationStates is done through roleplay. I encourage you to read through the stickies in the International Incidents forum. Usually, you want to have a military under 2% of your population. You can have a larger military then that, but I think you should roleplay a worse economy, and if it is your standing economy, I think they should have some degree of antiquated technology. There is no map of NationStates. If you are going to roleplay a war, It is best to determine that sort of information with the other player(s) before you start the roleplay.
