The empire of Lessir Tsurani is located on the planet Medkemia, which Qakukaki revolves around. We are a tiny, blue-skinned people who have the ability to generate elctricity and we think that Alletrians who inhabit Lessir Tsurani are the greatest. Ever. Seriously. OOC ARK! This is kinda Funny. Please note this is not my doing, but IC his nation worships mine as gods ((We get free Electricity, plus they are cute.)) So really, its mostly IC, and no, its not Advertising the region, its what he seems to want to do.
