New California Repeblic has founded a region that will evolve into an RP. Any persons who have played Fallout or likes to RP post-nuclear America type of thing are invited to come and participate. Do note if you haven't played Fallout 1 and/or 2, you will be at a slight disadvantage, but I will make sure that we help you as much as we can.
