I have heard others complaining in this forum before of how achieving real anarchy was impossible in this game but I believe I have achieved it.
My government is ranked as a Scand. Liberal Paradise
No income tax (no government)
Superb civil rights ratings
Private enterprise illegal
I have seen other nations trying to replicate this system but always end up with a large government.
