Lyco Myana, representative for the The Disputed Territories of Neo Terra Firma, addresses the nations.
"on behalf of our nation, we would like to announce the creation of the isolationist region of Cyberia. this region is for nations that do not wish to be botherd by its neighbours, as well as nations from outside the region. so far, including Neo Terra Firma, there is 6 nations in this region. there are two main rules for this region:
1) any nation impeading on another's right to isolation will be banned
2) a nation who is a UN member has to renounce said membership before or shortly after admission. no nation can be a member of the UN whilst belonging to the Cyberia region. the result will be bannage.
on top of this, some nations will react to infringement of the first rule with hostile action, or that's what we realise in the nevous actions of the translator for The Nomads of Dire-Tribes. nations are free to join, but we do warn that it is at your own risk, and request other nations and regions refrain from trying to trade with nations of this region. thank you."
