Looks like its just me and you right now, I think all the registered countries should propose the GNS Process. How we should conduct with in GNS? I propose no eleceted leader with in the GNS and only representing country to the country's proposition to targeting. The Senate shall vote, then carryout operations accordingly. Each country shall serve each other as equals and allow base and airspace usage. A small portion of each country's military shall be commited to Special Forces of GNS and provide allied support. more of my ideas may fallow

The GNS Delegate of Nisai suggests:


Course of protocol: Prominent issues are brought before the Senate. Thereafter, issues are open to a vote of enactment, either to be carried out or nullified.
Nisai agrees in equality among senate members. Proposals and international dealings should be carried out as equals.

The First Citizen of The Kingdom Of Good Judgment agrees with all issues of protocol thus far submitted and would like to add the suggestion that before any military actions are passed they must recieve over 75% of the votes of the countries within the GNS rather than just going by a simple majority.

I hope there will be more activity with in the GNS or only a few countries will be able to use the Senate's influence.

The Armed Republic of Emmaroo agrees with all previously said, including Good Judgments comment about 75% of the votes insted of just the majority. Remeber :sniper: Emmaroo is watching you.

The 75% vote should be constrained to actions involving direct nuclear interaction. Otherwise, most other issues can safely be settled by a majority vote, I believe.
Proposed: nuclear interaction must be preceeded by a notification or ultimatum to parties involved in the issue. Proper response must be recieved to initiate peaceful measures. If not, the Senate may decide on the best course of action.

75% of the countries to decide isn't the best decision I feel, maybe not mojority or percentage, we don't know if any other country wants to join the Senate. I will give a second invitation to those who did not respond to the first, after we will have the official registry roster and make a decision on majority voting. Other aspects of the Senate can be developed still. I've also recently noticed the political struggle within our region. Although, cannot be ignored, the GNS will not recognize it until this First Session is adjourned. Remember the theme of the First Session is to create our senetorial process, this is to use the GNS to it's full potential. After, proceeding sessions will acknowledge issues and take proposals regarding the GNS. I urge the other Nations of GNS to speak up.

We should decide when we should convene. This way we will all be able to cast votes, brainstorm, ect. at the same time. Also I believe the start of each session should begin with a quick roll call. After that perhaps we can move onto other business.

Unfortunately, Ishballa's prescense has been precariously absent from the preceedings of the GNS, which I, the Ceasar of Ishballa, am personally sorry for. The reasons due to our latency in GNS delegations spawn from the recent battle with litigations toward some civil accusations and court trails against our very own government. I have appointed Ishballa's Director of Nuclear Capabilities and Marijuana Cultivation (same person) for the position of Ishballa's GNS delegate.

Welcome Ceasar of Ishballa, I'm glad more countries are active. I have just sent the second notices to the rest of the countries, the only decline was from the Fish Master of Viderland. The country is neutral and wants to remain that way. I understand Viderland's morality with nuclear exploitation and respectfully recognizes Viderland's neutriality. Fantasies1 is in the process of joining, my Foriegn Relations minister has told me. We are growing stronger and believe the First Citizen of Good Judgment had a good suggestion of being recognized by the U.N. I think trying wouldn't make GNS any harm.

I have been giving this some thought and I believe that the best way to be acknowledged by the U.N. would be to propose a bill signing it GNS. Thus we gain acknowledgment as a regional political organization.

Well then that means we have to create a bill we actually would want to sign... and hopefully pass in the U.N. If we're going to create a bill to recognize the GNS, the bill itself should be well thought out and passable. Before we do that we should finish the Senate Code. Fantasies1 is now a new member of the Global Nuclear Senate. And I welcome them, and hope they will be active in the Senate. These are the registered countries in the GNS as follows:

We have gained dominance within the Den. The Articulate Nation and Unjustice I believe are the only countries not to respond yet. And only the Confederacy of Nomenia is openly against the GNS, and Viderland is neutral.

As The OverLord of The Armed Republic of Emmaroo. :D , I am glad to see some action in the GNS taking place and would like to say I agree with Good Judgement in that a Bill draft should be in progress. Topics for the Bill should be posted and explained carefully. Also, I agree with Elysium Satori in that we should first finish the Senate Code. Also I would like to know what the hell the Senate Code is.... If someone would care to telegram me as to what that is I would be glad to donate one shipment (100 lbs) of our finest "ganja"... :p ... to help with peace talks.

Welcome Kings of Fantasies1. To answer the Overlord's question: The Senate Code is the senetorial process in which GNS should conduct. Pretty much the GNS's constitution. The GNS laws, process, and conduct. Which I believe we should finish soon, as to move on to dealing with issues.

GNS diplomacy is an ongoing practice, good sir, though somewhat discontinuous. Bring up issues and delegates shall debate it. A meeting or some organized discussion may be a good idea, however...

Finally some responses. The GNS should draw up a rough draft of the Senate Code. Proposed key sections of the Code are:

Equality among nations
No elected leader
Each nation has reserved military for the GNS
Total access to allied ground, sea, and airspace during operations
Annual nuclear weapons inspection with weekly log of nuclear weapons
No abuse of nuclear power
A nation will propose action, then be representing proposed operation

The Ceasar of Ishballa most entirely agrees with the stated policies. In other news, Ishballa has started mining rich uranium deposits, handing over the majority of the work to Nukes4U while under the governments supervision, of course. I would also like to add, Nomenia is a jackass.

O.K let's look at the first undicided, the voting process. I propose that we each get one vote and as we give our vote we get a chance to argue our position if we wish.

I also second Ishballas remark, Nomenia is a jackass. With that said. Who says we will use intercontinental missles, when we can just drive them across Nomenia's poorly gaurded borders... thats what happens when you spend your entire defence to anti-missle systems. With all THAT said, if the only proposal to the voting process is what Good Judgment suggested, I agree with him. If anyone disagrees let something be said, so that we may finish this First Session and move on to more...less urgent threats [Nomenia]. The leader of Nomenia is still in vacation mode returning from the islands... silly partially tanned white kids.

The powerfull nation of Emmaroo also supports Good Judgments comments. Furthermore, after holding a nation-wide vote, we, the good people of Emmaroo, have previously decided to put massive funding into space programs so that we may show the world how we feel about Nomenia. We have constructed an image projector on a massive scale which will be able to project images into space. We will then project :fluffle: into the air. The only difference will be that the left face will look like my ass, and the right face will have Nomenia's logo across the forehead. If any other nations in this beautiful region feel the need to project images into space as we do, please let me know as the projector in complete. One last thing. Emmaroo will be holding a Halo2 tournament next week. Nations that wish to show off their gaming skills to the world please inform me and I will put your name on the list.
