Request for Complete List of Feeder Regions

Does anyone have a complete list of the regions from which we are allowed to recruit? I did a two searches and checked the stickies but nothing came up. Sorry.

The North Pacific
The West Pacific
The East Pacific
The South Pacific
The Rejected Realms
These are the ones that I've seen it ruled legal to do recruiting in. But you can only send a nation a telegram once a day. And you can only post one advertisement on the regional message board once a day.

Forbidden Actions
AdSpam: Spamming other people's regional messageboards with adverts for your region. The only places where you are allowed to put advertisements are the Gameplay forum or the regional messageboards of the feeder regions (The Pacifics and The Rejected Realms). And even then, don't over-do it. The same rules apply to sending advertisement telegrams to nations not residing in a feeder region: don't do it. Report AdSpam using the Getting Help Page. Edit: The region Lazarus is not a feeder region. Do not post regional advertisements there.

Of the seven game-created regions, there are five feeders. The other two are The Rejected Realms and Lazarus.
The feeders:
The Pacific
The East Pacific
The North Pacific
The South Pacific
The West Pacific
The Rejected Realms -- where you automatically go when you get ejected from a region.
Lazarus -- where you automatically go when your nation gets revived.

This is the message (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7950156&postcount=10) which I suggest the people see who ask about recruiting.
But if you telegram my nations which are in player-created regions or post an ad on player-created regions' CHQs which I check while searching a region that doesn't have a puppet of mine, you won't be so lucky and you will be reported.
