UN Voting Question

I've looked around for the answer to this question and I just cant find it. If it is somewhere I apologize.

I am a UN Member with 2 endorsements, but not a regional delegate. On the UN page, I went down to see where all the proposals are (the ones with not enough endorsements to be put to a vote), but I don't see where the option is for me to endorse a particular proposal to help it reach the necessary amount of votes, so how do I go about doing that?

Do I need to be a regional delegate to be able to do that or something? If so, that's not really very clearly spelled out on that page.

Thank you for your time.

As stated in the FAQ (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/05570/page=faq#UN), you have to be a delegate to approve a proposal.
How do I approve a proposal?

You must be a Regional Delegate. If you are, then you will have an option to approve proposals when you view the list. By allowing unapproved proposals to fall by the wayside, Regional Delegates make sure that the UN only votes on worthy issues.

Yep missed that small part on the bottom of that section each time. ;)

THanks for the response.

As a future suggestion though, perhaps including that you need to be a regional delegate on that page, as well as in the FAQ, could help newbies like me.
