how to attack country, how to make a pact, alliance and such........where can i get this information ?? help !

You don't really need to worry about alliances or battle. Nationstates is only a political simulator. If someone in your region approaches you and wishes to role play a particular diplomatic incident or battle, they will provide you with any information you need to engage with them. Nevertheless role playing is only background - Nationstates does not simulate international relations or war.

well, for attacking countries, you need to get a group of UN members to go to a region(preferrably a small one with a dead founder). you all endorse one person until he becomes delegate, then he can do with the region whATever he wants. for making pacts, alliances, and junk like that, you just telegram the nation or region or whatever, and then you say, want to be allies? or what ever you want to do.

And alliances and suchlike do exist in gameplay.
I should suggest you join a region who plays NS with gameplay. *hint hint*
