Greetings,
I am Nemphesis, the delegate for the region; Evility. We were once a strong nation and invaded numerous other nations, but we had power shifts and a lot of our nations left. We then strove to rebuild our numbers and have climbed back up to about 30.
We are looking for new members and we need YOU to help us. If you think you are evil and are looking for a nation please come to us! If you are part of the U.N. the more the better, for you can be in our army. Once we have enough we will be invading again.
