There is a region called Britain which is impossible to enter. There is no founder. The UN Delegate put a password on the region, and his nation ceased to exist. There is no founder who can change it. I really want to enter Britain. I think that password-protection should be stopped when there is no UN Delegate or Founder who can know what it is, or change it.

Probably won't matter anyway. The Region would probably be deleted eventually anyway.
Besides, if it's dead anyway, it's not really worth the trouble to enter. You'd do better to make your 'own' region. name it Rule Britannia, United Kingdom of Britons or something like that.
You'll do better that way than go through a needless migrane.
Course, you could join my Region (Eternal Dimensions), but that's moi. =^^=
It's better to take the easier route in this case.

One of the regional members should know the password (in theory). But its probably easier to just join another region.
Like mine! Yeah, join 'Revelation Space', no passwords here!
