Hi guys!

I'm new to this game and dont know what an endorsement is!

Like, I joined UN and a nation just endorsed me. What does it mean?

Means someone likes you. You endorse people as a way of approving of somebody's policies (or just because they bribed you). If you get more than 2 endorsements you can propose resolutions to the UN, and if you get more than anyone else in your region, you are elected regional delegate. THis gives you all sorts of cool powers, and extra voting rights.
