I think there should be list of nations that do not wish to recieve recruitment telegrams. The list should include regions that do not wish to be recruitment spammed too.
And any region recruiter that sends a recruitment TM to any nation on the list should dealt with how the mods see fit.
Wondering if there are any takers?
If you guys think this is a good idea and could be done, I'd like to put my nation on such a list. I think a lot of rpers and NSer's would like such a list because it would help cut down on recruitment spam.
Also there could be a list of people who do want recruitment tms and it could list what their tech level is, and what their government type and economic system is. That would help region founders grow their regions if they wanted to by targeting a select group of people while avoiding those of us who do not want to receive such TM's.

It's illegal to send recruitment telegrams to non-feeder regions. If someone sends you one, report it or ignore it. I highly doubt recruitment telegrams are going away, they're a part of the game, and they work for regions who are looking for new members.

I believe the mods would have enough on there plateas it is, without having to go around telling people to not send TGs to x, y and z....


if you are suffering from this problem,i suggest you Use the IGNORE tactic...

if they keep on sending to you from one nation, add them to the blocked list

If they start being really annoying, ie, puppeteering, send a few TGS advetising your region, or then tell the mods.

You also have to remember that alot of the recruiters are n00bs who would be too lazy to even look at teh list.

Ignoring is simple and easy, no point signing up to a long list of nation's that don't want to receive TGs.

Besides, the people sending them probably won't pay any attention to the list anyway.

that puts it well, simply and without teh spelling mistakes of my post :)

Recruitment TGs are only allowed in The Pacific Regions and The Rejected Realms. This includes messages left on forums and telegrams sent to Nations in Regions.

I only TG new Nations, so the list would have no real relevence to me.

Actually, it's against the rules to send recruitment telegrams in the RR.
