I get alot of telegrams ask me to join this nation or that one. How do I send one out to tell the hunters out there that I have started this region and it is welcome to any hunters that want their potical views heard. Thanks for any responses.

no "Hunters" is the is the region sorry for the confusion and I am looking for people that hunt to join my region I wouls like to send one of those telegrams to people to get them to join the region. So we can have a view of people that hunt. Once again sorry for the confusion.
