I sent you a telegram; http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=adler_x got there and then click on "Location: The United Republic" Then click "Tired of life in your region? Then move to the United Republic!". Its as simple as that:)

Listen I would like to join a new nation as i believe it to be the best way to start out but like i said i'm just starting out and don't know what to do other than deal with the issues of my own nation. could someone help me until i get the hang of it? :(

Basically, apart from choosing issues, there is nothing else to do IN GAME...however, there is lots and lots to do on these forums :-)
